Because our products are delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final except as outlined below.

1. Digital Products 

All digital downloads, including but not limited to:
  • E-books
  • Playbooks
  • Toolkits
  • Bundles
  • Templates and guides
  • Master classes
  • Courses and programs
are non-refundable once access has been granted. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot revoke access once materials have been delivered.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Courses & Programs (Including Strategy Academy)

All program purchases are final.

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased materials, you may contact us within 3 days of purchase for assistance.

If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

3. Technical Issues

A technical issue refers to:
  • Inability to access purchased materials
  • System errors preventing download
  • Platform malfunction
It does not include:
  • Change of mind
  • Lack of time
  • Failure to implement
  • Dissatisfaction with content or business results

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a technical issue may result in:
  • Immediate suspension of access
  • Denial of future purchases
